YAMB OF THE BALKAN

Yamb of the Balkan

Terms of service

Updated: 3 November 2026

1. Using the game

These terms apply to Yamb of the Balkan, published by Andrija Milinković, an individual based in Serbia. By using the game, you accept the rules displayed in the game and these terms. You are responsible for the security of the Google account used to sign in and the content you send to other players.

2. Dukati and virtual items

Dukati, tokens, skins and other in-game items are virtual benefits. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and do not constitute a monetary stake or prize. Rewarded-ad benefits depend on ad availability and successful reward verification. Pricing and availability of virtual items may change.

3. Tournaments and matches

Participation conditions and the virtual-Dukati entry fee are displayed in the game before registration is confirmed. The entry fee is non-refundable once all slots are filled and the tournament has officially started. The rules include scheduling, activity and technical wins in the circumstances specified by the game. Read those rules before confirming participation.

4. Conduct and moderation

Insults, harassment, hate speech, spam, cheating, and abuse of rewards or technical weaknesses are not permitted. Chat and display names may be moderated. Violations may lead to communication or access restrictions under the game rules.

5. Account deletion

Permanently delete your account and associated data in the game settings or on the Account deletion page. Deletion also removes progress, Dukati and inventory without recovery. Your Google account remains active. See the Privacy policy for processing and retention details.

6. Availability and changes

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Features, content and online-service availability may change. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. Updated terms are published on this page with a revision date.
